About ITD Associates
ITD is an international trade consulting firm recognized both in the U.S.
and abroad as one of the leading authorities on the U.S. Government's export
licensing requirements and procedures and on how to remain compliant while

assisting its clients to obtain timely export approvals from the US
Government, ITD conducts training seminars on export procedures and

Based
in the Washington, D.C. area, ITD Associates possesses a broad

ITD is headed by Allan Suchinsky, formerly a senior official at the
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, U.S. Department of State. Mr. Suchinsky established
ITD in 1997 to
provide the defense industry with expertise and guidance in export licensing
and meeting the compliance requirements of the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). ITD assists
exporters in successful licensing of defense articles and defense services to
destinations worldwide and in establishing export compliance programs including
training and audits of company procedures.
