Advice and counsel on licensing concerns of any
type, including licensing requirements, procedures, and policies;
Assistance in the preparation and submission of
all types of license requests, as well as agreements (e.g., Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements, and Warehousing & Distribution Agreements), correspondence, and
commodity jurisdiction inquiries;
Delivery of requests to the appropriate U.S.
Government agencies, and pickup of completed licenses from those agencies;
Tracking of license and other requests in
process and statusing;
Advocacy on behalf of clients before pertinent
agencies of the U.S. Government;
Working directly with government licensing
officers to ensure the prompt processing of your requests and to stop problems
before they occur;
Determining the likelihood of obtaining approval to export; and
Provision of timely information on regulatory
changes and other developments that may impact on our clients.
